At Integrated Martial Arts Center, LLC (IMAC) we strive to bring out the greatness found in everyone. Martial Arts helps us find a self discipline that transcends into many other aspects of our lives. Through hard work and dedication we gain greater awareness of our surrounding. Learning to protect ourselves and our loved ones is an unfortunate but vital ability to have in today’s world.
Integrated Martial Arts Center (IMAC) was established in 2000 by Kasey Cheung, owner and head instructor. We are an elite school located on Long Island, N.Y. which offers modern day self-defense incorporating styles and concepts like Running Fist Kung Fu, Tae Kwon Do, Kempo, and Shotokan.

In addition IMAC sees the family as an integral part of the overall learning process. Therefore, we are not simply student-focused but, also family oriented. Our members range from all different age groups and skill levels. We do more than just martial arts training, we have seasonal parties and social events that help bring families together in settings that are fun, relational, and community based.
